What is Workplace Safety?
Work health and safety is concerned with protecting the safety, health and welfare of people engaged in work or employment and to foster a safe work environment.
The Work Health and Safety Act and the WHS Regulation of 2011 were created to secure the health, safety and welfare of persons at work. You can access information on the current Act by clicking the image on the right.
